Give life to your tarnished silver jewellery items
Did you find out that some of your favourite silver pieces got tarnished and there are not shining & sparkling anymore?
Not a problem at all! We have got Katrina’s trick & tip (my mummy :) which is the easiest & most inexpensive way to DIY.
See instructions below :
1. Use a glass dish/bowl with a sheet of aluminium foil.
2. Add a generous amount of baking soda on it.
3. Pour boiled/hot water into the glass dish.
4. Now you are ready to put in your tarnished/not shiny jewellery and make sure your jewellery touches the aluminum foil and mix it a bit with the baking soda its on it.
5. Now let it soak in the hot water and wait for a few minutes allowing the soda & aluminum do their magic.
6. Finally remove the jewellery from the glass dish and dry it with a soft cloth.
Your tarnished jewelry should now be shiny again!
