We do not have an exchange option and products can only be returned. After the return you will be refunded as in the meantime you can make a new order.

Please keep the receipt from the post office! As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The amount will be refunded to your bank account/credit card used to place the order. This can take up to 10 business days.
